Lieber Leonard,

nun bist du im Nirvana.

Wie oft hab ich deine Lieder gehört.

So viele tolle Bekanntschaften mit schönen Mädchen

habe ich durch deine Songs gemacht!

Mit dir geht eine Poet, ein Denker und ein Kritiker von dieser Welt.

Leider muss ich noch 20-30 Jahre in dieser Dummheit leben,

aber ich werde dir folgen!

Cette affirmation ne correspond pas à la réalité.

Ce bâtiment classé est une ruine!

Les murs extérieurs sont totalement détruits.

Au lieu de rénover et de stabiliser les murs on a collé les fissures de l'extérieur

et on a badigeonné la façade. 

On fait "Bricolage"!

Au plus tard deux ans la façade est détruite à nouveau!

C'est dommage...
